try a little flirting talking to him more. he will get the message if you put it out there! but dont put out too much. if he doesnt get the message then well you might want to look for other ways like acting like him a little more. funny one day and all business the next day!!

Outplay him at his own game. Be different every day--fun one day, mysterious the next. This guy has you on the ropes because he's keeping you off-balance. Obviously he likes a challenge, so give him one.

tell him how you feel. he wont know unless you tell him or have someone you both know give him the hint. ask him out for lunch or to watch a movie. you might be surprised the person that drives you crazy might be driven crazy by you for not asking!!!!just let him know he's on your #1 list.
