It's probably weak adominal muscles if it isn't a physical deformity. Your abs are what support you when you walk around. If you concentrate on walking upright, you'll notice that your abs are used.

Crunches, bridges, other ab exercises will help.

Also, if your chest muscles are large, or you have large breasts, it may cause you to lean forward as well (a common problem for those who do a lot of bench pressing without working on their back muscles). If this is the case, start doing pull-ups or seated rows.

Back muscles. Try standing against a wall with your heels touching the baseboard and then force your shoulders to the wall. hold for the count of 10 rest and repeat 5 to 20 times. They when you begin your walk make sure that your legs are in front of you.

the best way to get rid of this problem is try to know why u do this.are u very tall or do carry heavy weights on urback or have u really any weakness in ur muscles or do u sit for long hours on computer or similar postures.the first thing takedeep breathes when u do any of ur work and always.keep urself siff.and if u r weak take more and more calcium and proteins.be confident!!

You could have osteoporosis -- a problem with loss of bone calcium. There are simple tests to check for this and it can be corrected. Talk to your Dr.
