Depending on the language you use, Kal El can mean many different things. Spoken one language my name is a collection of incoherent babblings. In another, it means instructions. In another, it sounds remarking like a person announcing their intention to go to the bathroom

kal in hebrew does not mean voice, it means "easy"
kol means voice (by one spelling, and "all" by another)
