Why does my ear canal itch all the time. I wake up at night with my finger in my ear Scratching it.

You might have some water in there, you could have an infection or allergies......maybe you should see a doctor.

oh oh, be careful about that.

many reasons for that most common is accumulated ear wax that may have harden or ear wax that is rotting away due to bacteria( most like a result of water seepage into the ear )

Best option see your GP, they have a cool scope that they use to look down into the ear canal, your problem will be revealled in no time.
Never dig your ear with anything smaller than your small finger.

Just recently have my own two ears clean out of accumulated ear wax,
you cannot imagine how good i feel( and hear ) after that.

Go to the doctor DO NOT put anything in your ear because you could damage the ear drum and be deaf

dip a q-tip in some porxide and clean out your ear it will stop itching

it could be from built up ear wax you should clean them out with a q-tip and hydrogen peroxide
