If so, what kind of results have you had?

The Core secrets program is actually good and a lot of fun, however like any exercise tape you have to use it to get something out of it. The ball is kind of big if you have small house or apartment. Deflating and blowing it up every time is a pain in the butt and makes it not worth it. So if you don't have the room you won't use it and it will collect dust or end up on EBay. My wife made me buy it for her. Since then it has collected dust! My best recommendation is to just do some sit-ups, push-ups, and cardio every day or so.
Exercise, eat in moderation and you'll be healthy. Core Secrets looks like it would be ok, but I can't stand the thought of actually paying money for a work out. Some people need that extra push of having someone tell them what to do though.

Reading the next answer, I might just brush off the dust and give it a shot. It's something new at least... though we're moving to an apartment with a gym... :)
