Depending on where you live, a good local Italian grocer will have them. A supermarket may have them, or you can check a local Italian bakery: if they make pinolli cookies they will have pine nuts and I am sure they will sell them to you. A small jar may be as much a 4-5 dollars. If you can buy them buy the pound it will cost much less.

Yes, most groceries stores carry pine nuts. You can also always check at a bulk food store or a health food store. They are pretty available anywhere usually.

Pastene sells them. Most big chains carry Pastene Brand. Some are dry and some are marinated in Brine. If you are toasting them for Pesto, be sure to get the dry ones.

My normal grocery store carries them. At mine, they have them in the international food aisle, both in a glass jar and a snap-top plastic tub.

You can get a big bag of them at BJ's. They're pretty expensive at grocery stores.

Wal-Mart carries them in their produce section. They are used to make pesto sauces. I personally don't care for the taste.
