AK47....Having had the chance to use said weapon in combat, I find it's knockdown power, range, ease of maintenance and the fact it will blow a hole in a tree to hit a body, It's a wonderful weapon. Easy to find ammo for it too....takes 7.62 shell, and that can even be an American made M-14!!

I dont know the name of this weapon, but i was watching a program in which they displayed a gun that had a camera, and could look around corners and shoot... this protected the soldier from having to step into open fire.... It was a machine gun of some sort... You may be able to find some info about it... I thought it was revolutionary

the m16 is dogshit unless in the hands of a marine-> it breaks easy, gets jammed easy and is altogether unreliable. The M4 is a much better option

Modern? The AK-47 is one of the best because any fool can use it and it's very reliable. What criteria are you referring to?

easy, M4A1 carbine... newer much improved version of the M16, cheaper, shorter barrel, more accurate and lighter, used by most special forces operators today.
