A good free one you can download is called Advanced Window Care (http://www.download.com/Advanced-WindowsCare/3000-2086-10407614.html) . You can also buy on line Tune Up Utilities 2006 ($40), or System Suite 6 ($40). System Mechanic ($40) is also suppose to be good. Try the free one first.

I am happy with registry first aid. it is from rose city software. and I think that windows live one care has a registry cleaner in it as well as anti-virus and firewall.

If you are asking for a software I say you should use TuneUp Utilities X ( X represents latest version by year eg :TuneUp Utilities 2006). You can download a free trial of it from http://www.tune-up.com/ HOpe this works for you
