mostly to define a veg or fruit, a veg grows under or on top of the ground and a fruit grows from a tree or vine.

of course tomatoes are a vegetable and grow from a vine so go figure...

All grapes are fruit

Well... I think it is still fruit, although it doesn't serve the original purpose of fruit (but the secondary - human food). It still has all the good things in a fruit.

I think that nutritionally, it's a fruit. From the point of view of breeding... maybe not.

there is no such element as thoroughly seedless fruit or vegetable. one of those grape has seeds earlier it turns into ripe. The seeds genuinely dissolve interior with the help of the time that's ripe and in a position to be fed on. certain, it replaced into "changed" to be this thanks to grow to be "seedless."

Yes it's just been genetically modified to not have any seeds.

And to the guy above me. Tomatos as well as cucumbers are fruits, not vegetables.

Yep, it's a fruit. But it's from a hybred plant that won't make seeds.
