Honey.
Now here is a riddle for your coworker since she seems to like them.
You throw away the outside and cook the inside. Then you eat the outside and throw away the inside.

Honey is correct. They found honey while excavating the great pyramids and it was found to be delicious. The world's most perfect food. It has already been digested by the bees, has been used as a dressing for wounds, makes a wonderful alcoholic beverage (mead) and keeps my peas from falling off of my knife. (a childhood poem, you may remember.)
Also, if you do not open them, a YooHoo won't go bad.
