I work in education, which I still see as one of the most noble pursuits out there. Okay, I teach English to foreigners; it's not exactly philosophy, but you've gotta believe in something, right? ;)
It seems to me that the best teacher is not the one who puts something into a student's head but the one who helps that student bring things out of her head - into the world. So many people suffer from such a major crisis of self-confidence - I did for my whole childhood - that the simple act of saying 'I see you and I have faith in you' can be a life-changing experience.
It can be a lover, it can be a parent, it can be a pastor, it can be the old man who sits on the park bench feeding the birds - it doesn't matter. Flames are caused by sparks and that spark can come from just about anywhere.
Those of us who have caught it are the truly lucky ones.

No matter who you are, how intelligent, how optimistic and how determined, a person always has natural gifts and talents that make him different in some ways. Some people cannot appreciate some of these gifts, or are not able to see beneath a person's everyday behaviour. What this quotation is trying to say is that there will always be a small number of individuals who will not be impressed by superficial show-off and will not always support the best and award the winners, but will be able to see and improve an ordinary person's talent. I hope I am making sense - if I am correct :)

It is about people you meet who changes your outlook on life forever. Rusky Bekus is the author of many inspirational books and this quote is from "Your Path To Spiritual Starhood", were she affirms that "at some point in time, you will long for the way back to your greatness, and the universe will begin to choreograph the divine journey toward your Spiritual Starhood".
Those people we meet who changes our life forever are part of that coreograph designed by the universe to help us reach our highest potential .

it speaks of a person who is able to "see"...(and not "see"like a psychic) "see" through experience and by Godly insight...the good that God has for his people..and who can speak the words of life into that ones life......
I say this with an understanding ..from the book of Romans 3rd chap..there is none that doeth good there is none that seeketh after God...so basically it is not the nature of a man to see the good in others..but himself...rather someone who has a relationship with God can lift others besides himself up..God bless

it means we all influence each other...so if we all decided to be violent towards each other, the human race wouldnt last for very long. heh...but if we tried peace and passed it on to everyone else, the world would slowly fix itself as everyone realized their potential. very good quote though. really gets you thinking.
