Get a really cool container to put the goodies into.
Like a sports water bottle, or a fancy type of colorful drinking glass, small purse (from the dollar store), or beach stuff like a beach ball, and goggles (for the pool). Or let them do a craft and then take home, like design a beach towel.(with fabric paint) or buy cheap flip flops and let them decorate and design their own. Design / decorate the cover of a small photo album. You could even use those foam shapes.... etc. Paint wooden shapes/ birdhouses. Just go walk through your local craft store. The kids will really like making their own favor, I think. Let your imagination go wild.

Since there are only four of them, you can spend a little more than the standard "goody bag" that a lot of kids get when there are 20 or so kids at the party, which are usually filled with dollar store trinkets. Is there a Justice store near you? My daughter is 10 and she loves that store. Maybe a gift card for each child.

i'm not certain, but since there are so few, it would make it easier to ask their parents if certain things are ok, because remember, that while wanting to get them neato things, you don't want to upset their parents. I would say that something they can all have fun with at their party or during the sleepover is a good idea (something they won't mess up their patents' houses with)... however, what that is for a 10 yr-old girl is now, i don't know, sorry. For my daughter it would have been makeup... lol good luck.

If you can afford it, $5 or $10 gift cards to Claire's boutique in your local mall for each girl, or lip gloss and trinkety stuff from the Dollar store. Have fun.

Walmart has the little BonBon brand nail polishes, lip gloss, body glitter, etc. They're less than a dollar and come in all kinds of outrageous, fun, little girl colors.

It depends on your price range:
alot of money: Limited too Gift Card, Lip Gloss, Compact Mirror, and a picture from the party maybe.
not alot of money: Some Candy, a cool pencil, a cute hairband, and a personal thing.

The t-shirts should be orange and say Camp Half-Blood and the necklaces could have a personalized bead for "surviving" their day at camp, like the ones in the books (maybe that's what you had in mind). You could also set up a scavenger hunt looking for the golden fleece or Zeus's master bolt or something like that. And learning how to write their name in Greek would be awesome, I think they would like that. As for the parents, you could just make it clear that the party is a "Percy Jackson" party, not just a "Greek god" party.
