No....but it happens to me, because someone changed ...the hair...or gained weight, therefore fuller face...but face blindness- no. Are you talking about an Alzheimer symptom? Individuals with Alzheimer- or suspected of having it-...often do not remember someone they just met. For example I took care of this elderly lady who thought I was somebody new for months, each time I came to her house.
