Yes, God really is. I hesitate to say that God "exists," because existence itself is so thin and fleeting that the reality of God must be far beyond the limits of existence.

The proof? Let me stand the question on its head: Do you exist?

Of course you do, or this question would not exist (at least, you would not have asked it) - and that's just one tiny aspect of you and what you be and do.

But what is the proof? There's the evidence of the things you do which you and others can see and experience, but that's not entirely convincing - kind of sideways. And besides, you know with certainty that you exist for reasons far deeper and broader than the mere fact that you put questions up on a silly bulletin board.

So it is with God. God's being is so transcendentally real that one who experiences God could not possibly doubt - could not possibly believe that God wasn't - but the "evidence" is so far deeper and broader than ordinary experience that proof is not possible.

In much the same way, "no one can know God fully" (to quote the question) because even the greatest of human minds is so tiny in comparison to God's godness (so to speak). The mind cannot contain God in divine fullness.

Of course God exist. We are here. Can man create such an intricate being? Look at the trees around you; the sun, the moon, and stars. These are all magnificant things, that man can't form. Read Genesis Chapters 1-3. Then Read the Gospel according to John.

God is sac-cit-anada.
sat- eternal, no beginning no end.
cit - all knowledge.
ananda - full of bliss.

We are all part and parcel. Just like a fire and the sparks of fire. The sparks of fire also have the fire quality. So we are qualitatively similar to God but quantitatively we are minute.

A drop of ocean has the similar quality the saltiness but quantitatively the ocean is huge and drop is a drop.

Whatever quality we posses the original quality is in God. If the quality is employed for our selfish desire it is painful but if it is dovetailed for God it is spiritual. If someone is talking like an atheist if you get angry then that anger is spiritual. Like that every quality can be dovetailed.

So to understand God according to our capacity we have to approach one who is God-realized- the authority. Then we can have perfect knowledge of God.

Just like a child enquires from his father what is this father? The father says this is a computer. So the child understands that it is a computer. Now the child is imperfect but he asked his father who is the authority. So even though the child is imperfect but his knowledge is perfect. Similarly we are imperfect but we approach a perfect person and submissively asks questions then we can get knowledge.

Call him what you like , but there will always be things that are unknown. We are limited in our capacity to understand.( we cant 'see' x-rays , or visualise in 4 dimensions , although we have proof of both.If you were given the job of running the Universe , where would you start?

Nope. Everything that is real leaves evidence that it is real and as there is no evidence to suggest god is real he isn't. Say no to jesus.
