Why are people so serious sometimes and so obnoxious at other times? Can a person who is usually serious be obnoxious or the other way around?

Emotional disorders. Almoist everyone has them although most are undiagnosed. It is just part of the huiman condition. However, if one learns about proaries, they can put a halt to poor treatment.
