i dnt think america manage its immigrants. they do it themselves. all u.s would do is to gve them social and the rest is history. for immigrants bein here is a big thing but to survive the new environment is another. and ur lucky if u fit in right away cuz most likely at some point ull feel different,sometimes rejected and bein looked down cuz of what?? reasons u dnt knw... or mybe cuz ur colors different from them???

If you are referring to the early immigrants, they were managed just fine. Those people were happy to be here, they worked very hard, they learned the language, they brought value to this nation. There was no welfare, handouts,medical, their children were taught in schools and were forced to learn English. They have brought much wealth and culture to this nation. Because they contributed.

It depends on their race. There is no problem white Europeans or Jews - they are placed on welfare programs at the airport, they have housing waiting for them. other races go through more rigorous test. They must have family and money to enter the USA legally.
