Windows 2000 will be the only newer OS your machine will be able to run.
XP will need at least 300Mhz CPU and 128MB RAM.

i dont think that your hardware can support xp. why not buy a new pc or upgrade yours. i think xp should have atleast 256mb of RAM. and you cant download the OS in the internet for free. maybe you can for a trial version. but you should buy the cd installer of the OS from a licensed distributor.

No. It was new computer time a long time ago. But, you could either switch over to Linux and you would barely be able to run Windows 2000.

visit regulate panel, open the folder called equipment. this promises you with your processor form, processor p.c., and memory. on your snap shots card, go back to regulate panel and decide exhibit. click on the tab that announces settings. the position it says exhibit less than reminiscent of the visual exhibit unit that's going to inform you your card. in case you click the position it says superior and then the tab labeled Adapter that's going to inform you the way a lot memory your GPU (image processing unit) has.
