wats the different between sneeze and cough?

One comes from the throat the other the nose.

A sneeze is from nasal irritation.
A cough is from either bronchial/lung or throat irritation.

Cough - chest/throat

Sneeze= forceful expiration through nose.
Cough= forceful expiration through wind pipe.
