There's nothing significant inside. It's just a cube shape. Built during the time of / by Prophet Ebrahim (Abraham in the Bible), to unify a direction in which muslims should face (today globally). It avoids or deters any muslim from Idol worshipping or prostrating in front of any other human or animal.
Muslims worldwide face towards it. (South Africa = 10 degrees east of north). They do not worship it. It's only a meduim to have global unity. God is known to be everywhere and not in the kabaa.
Muslims walk around the kabaa 7 times during the time of haj. This proceedure is known as "thawaaf" - not only confined to the haj period.

There pillars inside the Kaabah supporting the roof. Yes they go around the Kaabah in other words they circumambulate (Tawaf) the Kaabah.

Kabbah is the Holy house of Allah!, it was built by Prophert Ibrahim, with his son, prophet Ismail(s.a.w), it is mainly a black stone but no one knows what lies inside it. but before, when prophet Muhammad(s.a.w) was alive, the unbelievers used to put idols n worship them inside it but latter on everyone agreed on religion of Islam in Makkah,n yap, people do go around the Kabah( which is known as Tawaf), but to say no on kniws what lies in it.
