Nope. Babylon is the location of modern-day Iraq.

Firstly, there is no Jeremiah 50:51. And NO, that was referring to the city of Babylon, which is in Iraq and is (as the Bible said it would be) no longer inhabitable.
There is also a 'Babylon the Great' mentioned, mostly in Revelations, and that is not America either. The city was destroyed because of her false Gods and so will be Babylon the Great.

There is no Jeremiah 50:51. If you correct your post, I'll answer.
However, my answer is still going to be "no," because the entirety of Jeremiah 50 does not pertain to the USA.

If you spent as much time studying the world as you do the bible, perhaps you would have realized that Babylon was an actual place in biblical times.
There are other sources of information as well as the bible, and they are often based on fact as opposed to the collection of hand me down stories cobbled together into the bible.

The United States can not be the only country with a tower of Babel. there are others who erect knowledge unto themselves, every country that places itself a leadership above God faces the same destruction of communication.

No, it is an actual city that was destroyed. See this link to Wikipedia explaining the city's history and downfall.
