Take him to the vet. Over-the-counter "worming syrups" are rarely good for anything and they don't treat for coccidia and giardia, which are very likely causes of diarrhea in a young kitten.

And to the person who recommended not feeding a kitten for 24 hours, you're a completely ignorant ***. The kitten will die of hypoglycemia if you do this.

First of all you need to go to the Vet. Also the diahreha could be from the worms going through his body and passing. Also he is a kitten so the worms really take alot out of him.

Get your kitty to the vet ASAP. 3 days is way too long for diahrrea, especially for a kitten. Don't go to bed tonight without seeing your vet.

Good luck.

call the vet immediately...the diarrhea could be caused from the worms. he could be continually reinfecting himself. my cat and i went thru the same thing only without the worming syrup..i had to trim his hair near his heiny so nothing would cling to the hair for him to clean and reinfect himself and the vet gave me 2 tablets of medications to administer and he was better that same day..
good luck..if it's an indoor cat, you need to clean the litter box more often and use clorox and water to kill anything leftover..even the cacoon sacs can reinfect him.
