Its been a few years since I got mine not only for free but they payed me $5 to purchase it.

Yes they payed me! look for a sale with a rebate, they have them often. (Best Buy, CompUSA, Staples,...)

I purchased mine for $20 and the Rebate was for $25
Sure it cost me a stamp and a little time, but if I could make a living sending in rebates I would. lol
I have purchased a lot of FREE or almost free legal software this way.

at least you admit you are cheap, but you didn't say anything about being a criminal. Microsoft streets is not a free program, you have to purchase it, if you get it for free thats illegal.
