Your question implies that all racists are Bible readers. Not true. Also, racism and bigotry are not acceptable Christian doctrines. You need to do an overhaul on your poorly-framed question.

I'm not a racist, but the irony of this question just struck me. The bible is incredibly bigoted. Maybe not racist, but most definitely sexist, anti-anybody not christian, and anti-homosexuals. Bigotry is a christian doctrine unless you're cherry-picking the happy verses.

Numbers 31:15-19
Lamentations 1:17
Hosea 13:16
1 Corinthians 11:7
1 Corinthians 14:34-35
Ephesians 5:24
1 Timothy 2:11-12
1 Peter 3:1

Exodus 22:18
Leviticus 20:27
Deuteronomy 13:6-10
Romans 14:23
2 Corinthians 6:14,17
2 Thessalonians 3:14
2 John 1:10
Revelation 2:9

Leviticus 18:22
Leviticus 20:13
Deuteronomy 23:17-18
Romans 1:26-28
1 Corinthian 6:9-10

I mean, christians are supposed to (if they really believe in the infallibility of the bible, I mean) be bigoted. It's not a very large leap to racism.

I'm not a racist, but the bible is full of bigotry.

Genesis 28:1 And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.
(And don't marry any black women either Jacob.)

Exodus 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
(God apparently plays favorites.)

Deuteronomy 13:5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.
(Don't you dare dream of anything that god doesn't approve of.)

Isaiah 60:12 For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.
(Anyone who does not serve Israel will perish. Sound familiar Lebenanon?

Zephaniah 2:12 Ye Ethiopians also, ye shall be slain by my sword. (Apparently starving them to death isn't good enough.)

Matthew 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:10:6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
(Even the so-called super tolerant Jesus tells his disciples not to bother with the Gentiles or Samaritans. They aren't worthy of being saved. Only the Jews.)
