The most direct answer would be NO. But, saying this, if you look deeper, you’ll see that many of the virtues or traits that nuns and monks strive for, are supposed to be worked on by any regular person who is trying to become or be a Muslim. The major difference is that Muslims are recommended to marry, there isn’t any direct recommendations for celibacy as far as I know, in fact it’s usually frowned upon as something that should not be aspired to because a relationship (marriage) and sex is seen as crucial aspects of human beings that should be exercised with joy. Sex is considered a gift that you are actually rewarded for exercising. The difference though, before anyone jumps to a hasty conclusion, is that sex, according to Islamic values, should always be practised within a relationship of love, in other words, marriage.
Nuns and monks are however, if I can recall correctly, spoken of highly in some muslim circles. This comes from a verse in the Quran that talks about some Christians as being close to God and having some deeper knowledge or closeness to God by not being proud (in a negative way).
An interesting factor to notice is the traditional female Muslim headdress (hejaab) and its likeness to the dress-code of a nun. This is part of what I mean when I say that a regular Muslim should embody some of the same principles that nuns and monks strive for, like being humble, although in this case, it’s a physical likeness of clothing; but without, as Muslims would say, going to the extreme of celibacy and a few other principles.
The Quran (transl Pickthall) Chapter 5 Verse 82: Thou wilt find the most vehement of mankind in hostility to those who believe (to be) the Jews and the idolaters. And thou wilt find the nearest of them in affection to those who believe (to be) those who say: Lo! We are Christians. That is because there are among them priests and monks, and because they are not proud.
Chapter 2 Verse 62: Those who believe (in the Qur'an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve
2:111 And they say: "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." Those are their (vain) desires. Say: "Produce your proof if ye are truthful."
2:112 Nay,-whoever submits His whole self to Allah and is a doer of good,- He will get his reward with his Lord; on such shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.
2:115 To Allah belong the east and the West: Whithersoever ye turn, there is the presence of Allah. For Allah is all-Pervading, all-Knowing.

Every Muslim is expected to be pure in character like a nun or a monk. So there are no versions of nuns or monks. But there are Imaams(scholars) and Kazis( Islamic Judges).

Not really. Marriage is traditionally considered half of a Muslim's faith, and fasting all the time or abstaining from marriage (or sex within marriage) on a permanent basis is definitely frowned upon and condemned at very least in the hadith (sayings of Muhammad passed on via oral tradition), if not in the Qur'an itself.
