For our wedding my husband gave his ushers a flask filled with J.D and i gave my bridesmaid there jewellery and a candle holder and for our parents we gave a photo memory box that was engraved. for our flower girls we gave porcelin dolls and the ring boy got a piggy bank.

Jewelry, bath and body stuff, or a day at a spa are great gifts for bridesmaids. For our parents we gave them wine glasses engraved with our names and the wedding date. We bought these on Ebay and it was less than $20 for two, including shipping. And they are beautiful. We had a beach themed wedding, so we had the guy put a pic of a starfish on them, too. Another good gift for parents, is an engraved picture frame. Then they can frame a wedding pic of you guys. Groomsmen are hard, though. Everyone gives flasks or beer mugs engraved with the guy's names. The groom has to find something each of them would like. Remember, you don't have to give everyone the same gift, you can give them each something unique to their tastes.

For the wedding party we gave our bridesmaids jewelry they wore for the wedding and a purse to match the dresses.
For the groomsmen, we got them a set of beer mugs with their inititals engraved on them.
For our parents, we gave them $100 gift certificates to 2 nice restaurants for a night out and also got them Waterford picture frames for our wedding pics.

Hopefully you are Chinese. The best gifts of all celebrations and functions is the "ANG POW". Everyone is happy, whether you are the giver or the receiver. Very convenience, no need to crack your head to chose a correct gift.
