You need to journal about what is going on in your head! Write pros and cons about each guy and why you are with them or not and what you like/ love about them! It will help you search out what your true feelings are. That should help you ease your mind and give you some rest! One day at a time is the best advice I've ever been given along with prayer. Decide if you truly miss your new bf and are willing to go back to the ex bf becuz your just lonely, not a good reason!

Dont drink any form of caffeine in the course of the day. Dont do something that engages your mind 0.5 an hour formerly mattress. in case you bypass to a health keep you are able to get some tea that relaxes you and makes you quite sleepy. make certain your room temperature isnt too warm or chilly. Or often times stressful about issues save you up wide awake. Meditation tapes also worked alot for me at the same time as i'm going by sleepless classes. in case you nevertheless won't be able to sleep, merely bypass do something effective particularly of stressful about approaches to't sleep, so your wasted time, isn't wasted!

you need to try to get him out of your head. make a plan for yourself that makes you1- concentrate more on you than him, 2 helps you sleep; like going to the gym. you'll go for yourself in order to look better and feel healthy, at the same time this will make you sleepy and tiered by the end of the day. keep a diary of things you've been doing, or things you should do. call your friends and go for something like paintball. learn a language. That will help you improve something in your self and take your mind of the negative things.

I have the same prob. I can't fall asleep but when I do then I have problems waking up. My doc gave me some Lunesta but it doesn't seem to work. I think we both are suffering from anxiety.
If your new guy is really that great your ex would be out of sight out of mind, you need to remind yourself that you need to keep searching until you find a man who is your soul mate.

ok it is normal that you feel like that. that means you lived your ex bf. I don't know how your relationships is with ur new bf, but if i were you i would find another one who lives near me so tthat we can meet. and when you feel loved again, you will forget your ex. not forget it, you can never forget him, but at least don't remeber about him a lot. being far from new, the new one, i would not say he is your bd, he is just a pal since you can't meet. i have had these problems, and i still have. it is normal that you can't sleep when having problems. i suggest you find one near you! So that you can meet, and feel loved! It will make a difference. because lil you did with the new one far away you will feel lonely and disappointed.
at least that is my opinion. good luck with your future takings

Tire yourself out with excercise in the afternoon. Get the heart beating & sweat until you are exhausted.
Then you will have a dreamy night of unfettered slumber !

write a letter or story to yourself, and use the word SLEEP about ever 10th or 15th word...
it sets up a SUGGESTION in your brain SUBCONSCIOUSLY, and eventually you'll go to sleep... the brain, become FIXATED on the word SLEEP, seperate from ALL THE OTHER WORDS on the paper!!!
it WORKS, the idea comes from a Prevention Magazine article from 20 years ago, when they printed the technique in their magazine...
