Is there anyone out there than can help me change? I need someone to be kind of like a boot-camp instructor...I know it sounds retarded, but I need to change and I need some tough love to do it. Let your fingers do the walking. Look up psyciatrists in the yellow pages and I bet you'll find someone there who would be more than willing to help........for a fee......
