Dearie, it is funny you ask because it just to happens that MY husband of 18 years was talking about MY opinions...and don't you get your daughter involved in this.

Considering that you want your wife to be a baby factory and your daughter to take care of your responsibilities, yes it's normal. Maybe you should respect what they have to say so they don't have to go to others for support. Listen to them. Try to imagine what it's like for them. Try staying home with all the other kids and let your wife and 17 year old daughter go on a day trip, or even overnight, AFTER the twins are born. Maybe you'll understand a little better then.

Your wife could just be venting. Sometimes it's nice to say things like that to an anonymous crowd (i.e. "my husband doesn't know anything!). She's probably also pretty hormonal, so this probably isn't normal for her.
Your daughter probably finds it a huge drag taking care of your other children. I understand the necessity, but childcare really isn't something that should be thrust on a child (or teenager) regularly, and she certainly has a right to be grumpy about it.

Its normal to an extent. Nobody is gonna see eye to eye usually with the father in the family, he's the one looking out for the family so that is a big mark. But if your wife isnt telling you this stuff, she needs to fed up and let you know. This is very common and happens a lot. People just need to be more open, thats all. Keep ya head up.

Yes it is normal. Look at it this way, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, for example you, and also your wife.
You can also look at it this way, maybe she is just fibbing and trying to see what peoples responses will be to posts??? You never know.

Don't worry too much about it, maybe she was having a bad day, or a moment. You know, that does happen. People sometimes say things they don't mean.

Wow, that is crazy, looks like they need to be a little more careful with what they put on the Internet huh? I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion, now if she agrees with you to your face then come on here and types different that is something that I would talk with her about. As for your daughter, I would say her attitude is normal. Who does like to take care of other people's kids?

It's totally normal for your daughter not to like taking care of your other kids if she did like it that would be abnormal. As for your wife , do you like all of her opinions? Looks like she is just trying to keep the peace by venting in cyberspace rather than your home.

Well for one your daughter shouldn't have to take care of her brothers/sisters. They are not her kids, take care of them yourself. Your wife doesn't have to like your opinions. Everyone is intitled to their own opinions. As long as you talk things through and listen and not fight you don't have to agree on everything. Talk to your wife rather than post on here

No ... absolutely not normal pal. You need to "call" them on this crap. Sounds like your wife has a problem with her integrity and your daughter needs an @sswhooping. This is bigtime disrespectful and needs to be nipped in the bud asap .. for your sake.
