Agboola just quoted a bit of bible at me so man must be doing Satan's work, therefore nuclear weapons are wrong in the hands of any predominately Christian power.
Does the same apply to other religeons?

its not the question of if it is gods plan or not, the question should have been why are nuclear weapons still there? cause no matter whose plan it is we know the end result...

According to the Bible, God gave us free will... the right to make up our own minds. People who believe everything is caused by God or by Satan aren't using the mind God gave them very well. Some things are just of our own making, good or bad...

If god didnt want us to make something with atomic power, he/she would have made it impossible to split the atom. Maybe god thought nuclear power is the way but not nuclear weapons.

We're we not given free will? Humanity needs to take responsibility for itself, it's very easy just to blame God. So you could argue the answer is no, but then who are we to know Gods plans, don't think anyone can presume to know that.
