well i dont know what infatuation is, so its just love all the time

If it's love, you may have thought about the qualities that make that person who they are and make them stand out from others.
Infatuation is focused more on how a person makes you feel, while love is focused more on who that person is and the qualities you admire in them.

Simple infatuation develops out of your perception of who this person is but not the reality. Loves takes more time to develop.
