They do - they are called HOT POCKETS! Different name, but basically the same as a pop tart. There are HOT POCKETS filled with breakfast treats as well as luncheon stuffings of meats, cheese, etc.
Pop tarts are pastries with sweet stuffings - Hot Pockets with savory.

Wrong kind of crust, and they might require refrigeration.
Toaster strudel is better anyhow, and they have them with bacon and egg and such which is a bit more savory than sweet.

maybe because they don't think it would taste good or be a good seller. my opinion though
