I used to lie so much and tell people different things that i didn't remember who i told what. But when New Years came around i made a resoultion saying that I won't lie anymore. And since then i just never really talked as much as i did before I pretty much became a listener. I used to just lay in bed and think of things to tell people and thought about lying to make them think your great, but ya know. After i caught myself doing that I did something else to keep my mind off of it. I know its hard, but you got to try something. Everytime you lie punish yourself of something. and i dont mean run off and cut yourself or get ranover by a car, just have a little talk with yourself. Tell yourself that you can't do it anymore.

Lying can make things simple but can also make it worse.
U hurt someone when u lie. Think of them while saying lie.
May be everyone will leave u. Think abt it and i know u will be able to leave it.
