In life you're not always going to get what you want. You have to let it go and focus on doing the best you can at whatever it is.
Hate is a bad reaction to situations like this. As you mature you will see this.
Support the other boy and show the teacher that you have leadership potential. Leadership through followership.
Once you've shown that you can be a good follwer, leadership roles will appear for you. If they don't, then just keep trying to be the best that you can be and accept it.
You could also ask the teacher how you can improve yourself.

Suck it up, learn something by the experience and continue to do you best. There is a valuable lesson here that will help you deal with disappointment in life. Deal with your frustration and learn to get over it, so you can cope with stress better when you become an adult. You are going to have many authority figures in life that are not going to give you what you want when you want it - and you'll still have to deal with them cordially and professionally.
Today's English lesson... Spell out the words, you'll get farther in life, and you aren't really saving anything...
the word's you really want are : didn't, gave, she you, are, there, that, would, what, have....
Ifyou get into the habit of this crap talk, when you actually need to communicate like a mature adult, you will have forgotten how.

well if it is a matter of you definitely getting the post next time there should be no problem and i would suggest trying to get along with the teacher still. maybe talk to her about how her decision made you feel. and make sure that the promise is kept - if you don't get the post next time, remind her that she promised you.
whatever you decide to do, don't resort to anger - anger never solves anything and will just make her less likely to give the post to you next time
good luck

There are going to be disappointments all through life. Learn to accept them. Someone will always be thinking your not the best candidate for the job. It happens. If you can't accept, you'll be miserable your whole life. The teacher is an idiot. It happens.

With grammar and spelling like yours, I wouldn't worry about your captaincy...I'd report the teacher to the school board, as she is obviously not doing her job...

Talk to her rationally about your feelings and see if anything can be done about her decision. If nothing comes of it this time, at least she will know you are interested the next time it comes up.
