It's really the best way to unwind and can even cure a headache. It is good exercise as well, stimulates the heart, and releases "feel good" neurotransmitters in the brain.

Yes , I think so , when ever I am stressed out my hubby and I get it on , I get all relaxed and sleep very peacefully! This only works if sex is performed right lol
