Love them all. My own cheese potatoes are great, but I don't do mashed very well, they are always lumpy. My Mom's homemade scalloped were good, I love them baked with lots of cheese and bacon.
Roasted in butter and garlic,or boiled with their skins on with margarine, never met a potato I didn't like. Mashed is my favoite, though. With butter in them and on them, I use cream instead of milk.

Love them!! Mashed, boiled, new, baked and roasted all great!! Chipped is ultimate best!! Love them!! Spuds are so versatile!!

Hey, take about 4 medium potatoes, peel, & dice them up into pieces about 1/2 inch. Put into a sauce pan, and just cover them with water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, ADD about 2 - 3 tablespoons of butter - marg. and about 2 teaspoons of celery seed.Salt & pepper
Cook until tender.. about15 to 20 minutes.. Ummmm Good.
