Mine was while I was tending to my then 1 yr 3 month old and my 3 month old (they are now 8 and 9), My exhusband caught me staring at the freezer waiting for the formula bottles to heat up. It was about 3 am. The freezer seemed like the microwave at that time, not to mention I had fallen asleep propped up on the kitchen counter.

Probably unprotected sex with a guy a barely knew (had been drinking, one night stand...I know not an excuse, but it happend). Thankfully, nothing bad came of it!

i was 10. trying to make a volcano type thing with baking soda and vinegar. i was sitting down like, indian-style, u know. and accidentally spilled baking soda on my legs while i was pouring it into my volcano thing. and ignored the spilled baking soda on my legs. i then poured the vinegar and missed and it spilled on my legs with the baking soda....and it burned!!!!
