If it is and you don't understand this...perhaps you need to go back to school. You missed something.
If English is NOT your native language, basically it means never giving up.
CONTINUOUS EFFORT... continuing....not giving up.
Don't be discouraged by failure. Some of the world's richest entrepreneurs failed at least once before becoming successful.

I have no idea where it came from, but it is simply saying that the only way to get somwhere is to head in that direction and keep moving until you get there. It may be a physical destination or a milestone in your life.
