This recipe is extremely easy and cheap and soooo tasty!
- First you fry some garlic in oliveoil. Then, you add a quarter of a fresh nutmeg (that you have grinded into powder).
- In that you put fresh spinach leaves. Steerfry it one minute. Add some mascarpone to make the sauce. Salt & pepper. That's it.
Put that on top of your favorite pasta.
You can make a nice salad with it if you want.
(The crazy thing is that I am not fond of nutmeg. But in this recipe it makes the whole taste just perfect.)

a variation of Aelio Oileo. cook some anchovies, chilli flakes and a whole wack 'o garlic in some olive oil for a few minutes, then toss the mostly cooked pasta on top of it with a bit of the water from the pasta. when the water is about gone from evaporation (a couple of minutes) toss on a couple cups of chopped pasley, and grated parmesan. stir, serve, and enjoy...

Lasagna and Vegetable Lasangna! (With lots of Cheeses and Sauce and served with salad, bread, wine and water)
Sometimes I make a meat-style lasagna by using Morningstar Farms vegetarian breakfast sausage broken up and prepped with fresh minced garlic and onion (now they offer vegetarian "sausage" pre-crumbled). It's yummy!

seafood pasta with shrimp, scallop, mussel, and clam.
it doesn't matter if it's tomato sauce or white sauce or just olive and garlic. they taste so good.
my second fav is vegetable lasagna with a lot of white sauce ans cheese. yum
some of you might have never tried this but i strongly recommend " soup pasta".
1 you boil broccoli and pasta
2 you stir shrimp and onion, caroot in a frying pan.
add water and put some soup stock, salt and pepper.
3. add chopped tomatoes and boiled broccoli in soup.
4. put pasta in a bowl and pour soup on it.

keep it simple:
Take a bunch of your favourite herbs, I like parsley, basil and a little mint. (a very little bit)
Chop roughly and put in a blender with some soft butter, a little olive oil, salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese and blend.
Pour this over cooked, hot pasta, yum yum.
