who said, rubbish, instant noodles and brain doesnt have any connection at all. memory is totally a different factor which brain has inherently. to increase your memory, you may eat Badam everyday. i think you are consuming instant noodles a lot, stop it and save your money.

I think so. But generally, instant noodles is just BAD for your body. It contains a large amount monosodium glutamate (MSG), larger than what your body can tolerate.
