When is the best time of day to take Nexium?

I've been taking it 30 minutes before dinner.

I take generic Prilosec, which came before Nexium. As long as you take it the same time every day, I don't think it matters what time of day you take it. I take mine between 6pm and 8pm.

1Hour before any meal.Take each dose with a full glass (8 ounces) of water.
Always stick with the directions unless your doctor tells otherwise.

i take mine before bed time at the same time
