I usually try to avoid prolonged eye contact. People think its because I'm shy, but I've found that I get much too much information of an intimate, or personal nature from the other person. And, because my eye color is 'different', people tend to look a bit longer than is comfortable for me. But yes, the eyes are capable of telling more than even words, which can be misleading.
