Celebrate!! Yeah, your ego just took a big hit. It does suck when someone you've shared a part of yourself with tells you it's over... but you can, and believe me when I say this, get over it. You can move on. Go ahead and grieve for a little bit, it's okay. But just so you know you are better at coping and moving on than you think you are. And you will discover that while it can be a lonely new world out there, you also now have the freedom to really flirt with the cute guys, go out on dates, buy stuff for yourself without having to share, not have to ask permission to go out with friends. Just remember it's your ego you're mourning more than anything.

It depends about how you felt about him, if you were really in love with him talk to him and get a reason, you will soon be able to work out, if the problem was you not giving affection or him not being interested and wanting to move on. If so just let him go you will find someone who really loves you and treats you special.
