change your perceptions. learn to think positively. be always with good companions. always highlight good things. look at the brighter side alone, as even worst things can change to good after some time. nothing is permanent, change is imminent. make your mind strong and not waver. you can even try to rectify the defects gradually applying your cool mind.

The glass is 1/2 empty syndrome. You have a negative attitude. Someone with the glass is 1/2 full would look at their problems ans say, wow, it could have been a lot worse. They would have a positive attitude.
