I like this girl and asked her out to see a movie with me and some friends that day. She couldn't go but she asked me to come over to her house. So after the movie I went to her house and I met her and her mother. I talked to her mother just a bit, and then the girl I like showed me pictures of her when she was little. She's 16 years old and I'm 16 as well.
I heard from her friends that she has a boyfriend who is in Korea. I'm American, she's Korean, but we both live in the Philippines. She hasn't told me she has a boyfriend though.
Do you think she could like me? She flirts back with me, texts me, and she asked me to come over to her house and I met her mom. Do you think she likes me despite this boyfriend in another country?

I really think you should find out if she really does have a boyfriend. If she does, back off, its not going to do you any good chasing after her. If she doesn't, chase after her. She may just be being a tease.

I believe that I answered one of your questions previously, but this is way more detailed.
I think she may like you back, because her boyfriend is in Korea. Girls tend to be very needy, relating to my past experience of a long distance relationship. If you like her, you should ask around to see if other people see the same thing, since they too might know what's going on. You can continue being friends with her, but you should ask her about her boyfriend, but try not to get too nosy.
If somehow you end up telling her that you like her, and she responds, well, then, good luck to you on that. Just keep it casual for now, but for some reason, I predict that she'll break it off with her boyfriend, because it's just too hard for a girl to have a long distance relationship, and you seem to be more fit for her needs.
This really reminds me of my life, because I went through a very very similar situation like this a while ago, because I'm a teen myself. Please contact me if anything happens or you need anything. You case is so similar to what I had that I want to help you all that I can. I hope that you and this girl work things out! Just e-mail me a letter whenever just to let me know how things worked out for you, I'd really appreciate it!

Its hard for adults to remain "true" in long distance relationships, where the stakes are much higher. Its probably even harder for teens. I would guess that, at your age(s), the relationships shared can't, as yet, really be that serious, or binding. So, yes, more than likely, she really likes you, not only as a friend, but as also as something of a "possible" significant other. But, be warned: While she may seem to forget her other boyfriend while he's not around, absence does make the heart grow fonder. Meaning she may start to miss him, or, get overly excited when he writes or calls, temporarily putting you out of the picture. Try just being friends at first (especially for your age). Time enough later to worry about serious commitment.

No doubt. Girls r funny dat way. we like 1 guy so much if he asked us out wed say yes. but we still look at other guys who could be possibilities just in case . . . . . .
But also consider the fact that maybe she doesn't have another bf in a different country, maybe her friends were just making that up to protect her. maybe they thought you were bad news and so they ganged together and made up the story about the guy 2 try 2 keep you away. This just means she has really good friends and you should be happy 4 her.
The only way 2 find out 4 sure is to ask her. if she says it isnt true and asks u where u heard it 4om, tell her u heard it as a rumour around school so she doesn't get pissed @ her friends ( this would just get her friends pissed @ u) and since u like her u should ask her out if she says that she doesn't already have a bf.

maybe you should ask her what she really wants from you a relationship and or a friendship maybe you both are on diff levels communicate and you will go far if you guess and listen to others you will become confused and if she does like you maybe she is scared to tell you just be honest
good luck

This is so cute. :) I love that you know how to write in a complete sentence, spell and use proper English...girls dig that, lol.
Yes, I think she does like you. Don't rush into anything, though. Just be friends and let nature take its course. :)
