Yes u have applied so soon. Try to wait for 6 months first or more. Establish a bank account with good statement. Maybe even a year will be better. Dont give them financial statements which is far to believe in accordance with your pay checks. Be patient and wait more before u apply again.

Ignore most of the replies you receive on this.
SPEAKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, you're obviously not providing enough information to convince the consular staff that you have sufficient ties to bring you back home after your visit. If you visit the US Embassy website, they will list everything you need to bring to your visa interview. You better make sure all your documents are legitimate. They are very good at spotting fakes. There is no specific time frame when you can reapply.
Do you have income tax reports in China? If so, provide copies.
The more information you can provide, the better. Be prepared.
You have to show without a shadow of doubt that you'll go back to China after your trip.
That's what is happening. You're failing to convince them you're going to go back to China.

4 times..some countries only allow 3 attemps then youll be denied and cannot apply again. this sounds funny to me though. embassys like to see money in accounts and as like popcorn said 10.000 dollars. in british pounds you must show at least 3.000 english pounds and more in a bank account. the other mistake you made was applying too soon after being rejected other times. you didnt look at what you had to provide orst they still would not be rejecting you on the same things. this makes the embassy think you are in too much of a rush to get out of the country into another and shows chances you wont return to your own country. because the embassy will want proof of return details to. what i dont understand is this. you say you work for a big company and are high in rank by the sounds of it. if this were a fact then why didnt your manager apply for your visa on your behalf. telling the embassy they would like you to take a visa because you are working and covering bla bla bla...then you would of got a visa this way. and in fact it would only of cost 100.00 british pounds for a working visa. and not 250.00 every time you apply for one and had the money took from you. so if i were you id go to any web site and look again at the visa you can apply for and follow the rules. and look at your papers again. then apply. youll be luck to get one now especialy if they have stamped your passport with a rejection stamp this will show them you are high risk.

You will need to prove to the consulate officer beyond any doubt that you are a genuine business visitor and that you have no plans to migrate to the U.S. and never return to your home country. Always carry original and up to date documents and ALWAYS be truthful, clear & concise in your answers to them. If you have real estate or a wife and children in China show proof of that to show that you have a certain reason to return to your home country too.
I am very sorry sorry to hear of your misfortunes with the U.S. Embassy but those places can sometimes be downright deceptive and callous in their treatment of applicants. So if your fifth visit doesn't work out there is always the Mexican border or a speed boat from Cuba!! Good luck next time and pray about it too.

Sir you first have to be able to show that you can support yourself
while you are in the usa>that means that you have to show that you have a least $10,000 dollars are more in the bank account
where you live at>You have to be able to prove to them that you earned this money from your place of work>like your check stubs
from where you get paid and cash them keep the stubs and take them with you also next time. You also have to prove to them that you will return to your country when your visa is up>that means you will have to prove to them you have a reason to return to your c country>It doesnt matter to them if your boss was paying for the
trip to here that does not count to them at all>you have to be able to show them you have the money to be self suporting while you are in the usa>You have been denied 4 times so if i was you I would wait at least one year before trying again>make sure all your paper work is in order>Get your boss to write a letter to them
telling them how much you have made while working for them>

Hard to say the consular is probably just trying to confirm that you are financially stable enough in China so that you aren't not trying to get to the US just stay past your visa to work and make money here as so many from China has done in the past. wait 2 yrs and work on your financial situation.
