it stands in my livingroom and then in the corner of my bedroom and stare at me and my fiance. it also has turned the television off and on and the lights and it comes out of my daughters room at 3 o'clock in the morning everynight. it also watches over me and my finance while we are sleeping and when it gets tired of watching us it puts its head down like its sad and leaves out of the room. it stand at least 6 feet tall and slender and black all over.

Eeeek. I like so totally move somewhere else. Sell the house. Prolly more than likely..if what you describe is true..its not a who but a what. Evil spirits. There aren't any other kind that "haunt". If it were an Angelic or benign being it wouldn't torment you. God says that His Angels are encamped all around the rightious. I believe that. I've often felt "a presence" a felt sorta creeped out by it but after praying and seeking God I come to realize that we are watched and when I call on the name of Christ (Yeshua, Jesus) any evil spirit is then rebuked. The two entities cannot dwell together in the same house. So, if its not of God, its of Satan and I'd be putting some serious prayer, scripture reading aloud, christian music, gathering together to praise God and seek Him and His will for your lives because, if what you describe is taking place..its a manifestation of something evil. if he is 6 feet tall then he might be someone of high standings in society-on his way to heaven-he might need help in crossing over Jordan. not you, your fiance, nor I can send him to heaven. I think some comforting may help. grab a half rack of beer and wait for him to appear. open one can and set it on the coffee table closest him. this should be cool, but I don't know his brand.

Not that I fully believe in that kind of stuff, but don't you think somebody would at least maybe have to be in the presence of the spirit themselves to figure it out? Why don't you call montel, and have him ask that creepy physcic lady that is always on his show?

You don't seem to be frightened by it, so ask it who it is and what they want. Take a tape recorder and record yourself when you ask these questions.
Listen very hard and turn the volume way up so that IF they talk back to you then you can hear them.
