Do you have a residency visa for Australia or are you looking for a company to sponsor you? You can probably set up some job interviews prior to entering Australia however you will more than likely need to meet with potential employers before they will offer you employment. See http://www.seek.com.au. Remember that if you enter Australia on a tourist or visitor visa you won't be able to look for work.

I'm looking for the same information myself. But I did find that certain regions within states are setting up immigration assistance to help find sponsorships. Check out the region you want to go and see if there is someone from that region who will sponsor you. But the trick is that you need to be qualify for the skilled workers visa.

Good luck to you!
