Your parrots might be allowed to travel, but there is a possibility that you'd be thrown out of the airline.

even if the airlines will allow it,the Indian customs may not.Also if by any chance they do and the airline does not object you to be carrying it, the US customs will quarantine it for a minimum 6 months provided you are not violating any US laws, in whch case it maybe siezed and destroyed if it is suspected of any bird flu since India is in a bird flu area , and you will penalised.

customs probably won't let them through, since most parrots are considered endangered species.
