if i don't understand foreign language or regional languages ,and if i pray in other language ,hoe effective my prayers would be,( i have respect for all religions and languages,it hardly matters to me saying prayers in diff languages,i beleive in god is one concept)

So, are you suggesting your God doesn't speak your language? You believe in God, but also believe he hasn't got a clue what you're saying to him? Dude - you have issues.

what is the difference??? say your prayer in your own language and it doesn't matter what language u speak, its all the same.. the point is the pray and not the language you are saying it..

Abovesaid are 3 diff. languages words and all are used in the prayers.

God have his own way to answer your multilingual prayers .

You just observe your surroundings cautiously after your prayer and feel from within.
