they r also needed coz the teachers can't be around everytime na sooo they r needed
but if they start thinking that they can bully u or r the boss then they have to resign from that post immediately coz they r for the benefit of the school n not for marofying shining

No. They're just a sorry excuse to give cca points to people on the ground of "higher responsibility". What they are trying to develop are politicians, in the wrong way because then the class reps/chairmen lose power. All they gave me in school was a lot of pain in the azz, trying to control a student population when they dont know the necessary psychology to do so. They're just a bunch of kids pretending to be governing adults.

Yeah coz they can just kinda manage school and ur own class if they r from ur class like organising parties and all kind of other stuff. Sooo Yeahhh!
